Eine Kombination von Design, Komfort und technischen Raffinessen macht die Philosophie von d.sign21 aus. Dabei bilden ihre europäische Ausbildung und ihre internationalen Erfahrungen, kombiniert mit der Ästhetik von Proportionen, der Begeisterung für die neuesten Technologien und der Auseinandersetzung mit Zielgruppen und deren soziokulturellem Einfluss, den Hintergrund für ihre Projekte.

Das Büro für Gestaltung und Consulting ist erfahrener Konzepter und Organisator von Design Challenges. Die Expertise in Gestaltung, additiven Technologien und weltweitem Netzwerk verknüpft das Büro in der 3D Pioneers Challenge.

Im 3D Druck berät das Unternehmen mit dem umfassenden Wissen als Schnittstelle zwischen Design, Industrie und Produktion zur Umsetzung von Projekten.

Simone (*1980) und Christoph (*1979) Völcker arbeiten seit 2005 erfolgreich an gemeinsamen Projekten. Auslandserfahrung haben sie während des Studiums als auch bei Projekten in Frankreich (Paris), Schottland (Glasgow), Finnland (Lahti), Costa Rica (San Jose) und Indien (Bangalore) gesammelt. Seit 2006 präsentiert sich d.sign21 auf Messen wie Köln (IMM), Mailand (Salone Satellite), London (100%) und Tokio (100%_Blickfang) und arbeitet mit internationalen Firmen zusammen.

Christoph Völcker ist Gestalter, Berater und Netzwerker. Als Vertretungsprofessor und Lehrbeauftragter an internationalen Hochschulen arbeitet er gerne mit Teams bei Workshops und Coachings.

Seit über 20 Jahren ist Christoph Völcker als kreativer Vordenker und Berater im Bereich Additiver Fertigungsverfahren tätig. Mit seinem Studium der Innenarchitektur, Produkt- und Möbeldesign eröffnete er sein eigenes Büro für Gestaltung und entwickelte Produkte für die Serie. Für Lifestyleprodukte aus dem 3D-Drucker zeichnet er sich für verschiedene Marken verantwortlich und etablierte diese am Markt. 2015 rief er den mittlerweile international bedeutendsten 3D-Druck Wettbewerb, die „3D Pioneers Challenge“ ins Leben. Seinen vernetzt kreativen Blick auf Innovationen bringt Christoph Völcker seit 2018 in der Industrie ein und leitet das „Innovation Lab – 3D Printing“ bei Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG sowie das konzernweite „Würth Innovation Lab – Advanced Manufacturing“.

Furthermore they work together with international brands and companies.

Christoph Völcker is designer, consulter and networker. Within his visiting-professorship and lecturer at international universities he likes to work with teams at workshops and coachings.

For more than 20 years Christoph Völcker has been working as a creative mastermind and consultant in the field of additive manufacturing processes. With his studies of interior design, product and furniture design he founded his own office for design and developed products for serial production. For lifestyle products directly out of the 3D printer he was responsible for various brands and established them on the market. In 2015, he launched the “3D Pioneers Challenge”, which has become the most important 3D printing competition internationally. Christoph Völcker has been contributing his interdisciplinary creative view of innovations to the industry since 2018 and leads the “Innovation Lab – 3D Printing” at Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG as well as the Würth-Group “Würth Innovation Lab – Advanced Manufacturing”.
